Climb For Life

For 3 days I went to Utah for the Climb For Life project. If you have yet to hear of it, it's a project for rock climbers to raise money for Ovarian Cancer.   http://www.ovariancancer.jhmi.edu/climb/ I had so much fun and I concurred fears. I raised around $130 for this amazing cause. I met a lot of really nice and committed people. I also got to watch my climbing teacher, Mike, dance. =] It was so much fun and I helped out such a great cause.

Food Bank

When I went to Denver with Aaron in 2009 we went to help out at the food bank there. We looked at items and decided if they were okay to give to people, like if they were smashed and stuff. If they were okay we washed them off and handed them down the line.  They were very anal about being clean. We were surprised to see what they threw away. All in all, it felt great to help out the less fortunate.
